Sir Plus is a London-based menswear brand which specialises in carefully constructed garments with enduring design, made using surplus and other high-quality eco-fabrics. Born in 2010, the brand was originally conceived by founder Henry Hales as a line of printed boxer shorts. A fateful walk down London’s Jermyn Street led Henry to the idea of using surplus fabrics and with it, a punny new name. In 2011 Sir Plus began selling boxers on Portobello Market; in the years since the collection has evolved organically to include a full range of menswear, still made using surplus whenever possible. The sample sale will be the first in the brand’s history and is unlikely to be repeated for many years – so don’t miss out on this opportunity.
